Sound as an object
The Halo is a sculptural omnidirectional loudspeaker designed to inhabit a space as both sound system and design object.
Developed in collaboration with designer Dimitri Vargas, its circular architecture distributes sound evenly in every direction, allowing music to unfold naturally within the space.
The result is a speaker that feels present even before the first note plays.

ATLAS HARMONIC ×
DIMITRI VARGAS
Halo was developed in collaboration with Sydney-based designer Dimitri Vargas, bringing together audio engineering and sculptural furniture design.
The collaboration explores a different approach to loudspeaker form. One where sound and sculpture exist as a single object.

A speaker designed to be seen
Halo’s circular architecture was developed to function both acoustically and visually.
Wrapped in fabric and framed by precision-machined metal, the form reads as a sculptural object within the room.

Objects should enrich a space
even before they serve their function.
— Dimitri Vargas

Omnidirectional sound
Music that settles naturally into the room.
Halo distributes sound evenly in every direction, creating an atmosphere that feels open, immersive, and effortless.

A speaker designed to be seen
Halo combines acoustically transparent textiles with machined aluminium and precision internal engineering.
Each unit is assembled by hand in Sydney, ensuring every detail meets the standards of both furniture design and high-performance audio.
Each pair of Tempest can be personalized to reflect your personal style and aesthetic. With a variety of timbers available, each speaker can be tailored to complement your space and personal style.
